  • Ribs night

    Back in the summer ribs were on sale and so I bought a slab. I put it in the freezer and now it is cooler so we are cleaning out the freezer to use the food. I put a brown sugar and spices rub on the slab last night and today let them cook in the crock pot from 8am – 5pm. When I got home I transferred them from the crock pot to the broiler. I put a layer of spicy chipotle bbq sauce on the ribs. 7 minutes in the broiler and they were all ready. They were delicious! They fell off the bone tender.
